End Zone (the "Service") is operated by Momentum Apps, LLC ("Momentum Apps," "we," "us"). By accessing or using End Zone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
End Zone is an entertainment product: a game built on real NFL box scores from the 2000 season through the current one, updated weekly. It is an independent fan project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, the NFL Players Association, any NFL team, or any player appearing on the site. Team names, logos, and player names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to reference real, publicly available statistics.
End Zone charges no entry fees and pays no cash prizes of any kind — nothing on the Service can be played for money.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or purchase Premium. Anyone may play without an account regardless of age.
Creating an account is optional for Classic, Blind, Auction, Daily and Season Sim, all of which can be played without one. Playoff mode and Team Mode require signing in even for their one-time free trial, since that trial is tracked per account; beyond the trial, both are Premium features. An account is required for any mode to post a score to a leaderboard, and to purchase Premium. Accounts are authenticated by email and password through Google Firebase; you're responsible for keeping that password confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Display names, and any Private League name you create, must be your own choice and may not impersonate another person or infringe on someone else's rights; we may remove or rename accounts or leagues that violate this.
Accounts created on or before September 15, 2026 receive a permanent, free "founding member" status, shown next to that account's name wherever it appears (including a public page listing every founding member in the order they joined). This status is granted automatically based on when the account was created and can't be purchased, transferred, or requested afterward.
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, processed through Stripe. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Premium is tied to the account that made the purchase and isn't transferable between accounts. What Premium unlocks is described on the site and may change or expand over time; purchasing it entitles you to whatever it currently includes, not to any specific feature staying available forever. Your display name and purchase date are shown, permanently, on a public page listing every Premium member in the order they bought it — the same way founding-member status is shown publicly under Section 2.
Free (non-Premium) use of the Service includes third-party advertising, managed through Ezoic and the ad exchanges and demand partners it works with on our behalf. We don't control the specific ads shown to you or how our advertising partners use data collected through cookies or similar technology in connection with them; see our Privacy Policy for details. Premium removes all advertising for the purchasing account.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Apps, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, if any.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
